Clear booking, payment, cancellation and dietary terms for Plant Picnic orders.
Payment Terms
Payment in full is required prior to delivery of goods and services.
Orders will only be confirmed once proof of payment has been received.
Nature of Quote / Invoice
This document serves as an estimate of the total cost based on the information provided.
Final pricing may vary if menu selections, quantities, or delivery details change.
Validity
This document is valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed.
Client to provide and confirm delivery date and/or time.
Peak Season
September to April is our peak season, and bookings will only be secured once delivery details are confirmed and availability is verified.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit only.
Cancellations made 13 days or less prior to the event will result in 50% of the remaining balance being payable, in addition to the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable; full payment will be retained by Vegan Streetfood.
Dietary & Allergies
While we take every care to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, soy, and other potential allergens. Clients must communicate all allergies and dietary requirements in writing at the time of booking. Clients accept full responsibility for allergy-related issues, and Vegan Streetfood cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions, health complications, or adverse effects arising from the consumption of our products.
